Terms and Conditions

1. All orders accepted by Robert Belas Photography are subject to these terms and conditions of sale.

2. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are to enable the customer to have a general idea of the products. Specifications may vary slightly.

3. Colors seen on the website are dependent on your monitor, settings and viewing conditions, and may differ from the printed products, where color gamut and surface texture have their own characteristics. Color and Black and White prints are made from color-calibrated machines to the satisfaction of Robert Belas Photography.

4. To enable us to dispatch goods to you promptly please use the website ordering process.

5. Payment is via PayPal, where you will be able to pay by credit or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

6. Delivery of goods in the US and Canada will be via USPS First Class Mail. Packaging and delivery costs are included in the quoted prices. If preferred, items may be sent via FedEx at an additional cost to the customer. Customers outside of the US and Canada, please inquire about delivery costs.

7. Any claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within two days of delivery. We cannot entertain any claim made after that. Claims will only be considered after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the defect clearly stated and any such goods must be returned in their entirety (including packaging and accessories) otherwise the claim will not be considered.

8. Packages that take longer than usual to arrive are typically delayed rather than lost. A package will be considered lost if you haven’t received it four weeks after dispatch in the US and six weeks for outside the US. We will then investigate and replace.

9. The copyright in all photographs and prints and digital images will remain that of Robert Belas. No digital image or copy thereof shall be used without prior written agreement.

10. No images shall be used for Text and Data Mining without prior written agreement.

11. Photographs are sold “as represented”, and no alterations will be made without prior written agreement. All such agreements will be considered as consignment works and subject to an added fee. The amount of the fee will be determined by the work involved in making the alteration(s).
